On 11 September 2020, the legislative decree 3 September 2020, n. 116, which transposes EU directive 2018/851 on waste, and directive (EU) 2018/852 on packaging and packaging waste.
In particular, the art. 3 paragraph 3, letter c) of the decree has made changes to paragraph 5 of art. 219 of Legislative Decree No. 152 of 3 April 2006 (and subsequent updates and amendments), "Regulations on environmental matters", on the subject of "Information criteria for the management of packaging waste", which implements and now reinforces the provisions of the art. 8 paragraph 2 of Directive 94/62/EC1.

In compliance with the provisions of the law and to confirm our attention to respect for the environment in which we live, the company provides all the information for the correct disposal of used packaging.
We invite all our customers to fully comply with these indications, advising, in any case, to check the specific procedures provided by their Municipality
